The Devil figure is a horrible, sneaky creature or person that is evil and takes on the role of the dark side. The most common devil figure is satan, the anti-christ.

Bowser even looks like what most people think the devil should look like. In these games he plays the villian that kidnaps princess Peach. Mario is sent to rescue her from the wicked devil.
